Outsourcing to Collection Agencies
Debt collection is a costly task that takes up valuable company resources to hopefully get back previous loans. It requires unnecessarily spending thousands to train a call center or collections department. If a company is focusing on reclaiming lost investments, it loses focus on its original goal or business plan. By outsourcing all that debt collection, it can save money by not spending unnecessary resources and keeps the company on task. By outsourcing to the correct collection agency it can ensure that as much of its lost investment can be recovered as possible without the need to waste resources.

Our History
Client Services Inc. was established by John Kastner as a middleman collection agency in 1987. They are based in St. Louis, MO and has now grown to incorporate all customer relationship management fields. They understand that collections agencies generally have a bad reputation and strive to set themselves apart from the rest of the field. Since inception the corporate structure has changed to include Dan Philipot in 2001 as Vice President of Operations who has now become the President and Managing Partner of the CMS division. Most recently they have opened up another call center in Kansas City to help alleviate some of the pressure on their main one.
